1. Permission to use the app
MindMate grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on a compatible device for lawful personal use, subject to these Terms of Use and the Terms & Conditions.
2. Account safety and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity through your device or account and for keeping access credentials confidential. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, mislead, upload unlawful material, compromise privacy, introduce malicious code, probe security, or disrupt other users.
3. Health information
App content and automated features are supportive tools, not independent medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Decisions about medication or treatment require appropriate professional assessment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital.
4. Updates and compatibility
We may release updates, fix issues, add or remove features, or stop supporting older versions. Continued use may require an update, internet access, or a compatible device. Carrier and data charges are your responsibility.
5. Store terms and paid features
Downloading MindMate through Google Play is also subject to Google’s applicable terms. If paid features are introduced, price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Store-processed payments and refunds are handled under the store’s rules and applicable law.
6. Ownership and feedback
MindMate and its original materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app. If you voluntarily submit suggestions, you permit their use to improve the service without creating a payment obligation.
7. Termination and contact
You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be suspended for a serious breach, unlawful conduct, or security risk. Provisions that logically continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.
