Request deletion of your MindMate data
You can ask us to delete your MindMate account and associated personal data, subject to information we must retain for clinical, safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
How to submit your request

Send your request
Email dr.mohdfahadkhan@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, if possible.

Include account details
Provide your registered name and phone number or email so we can locate the correct account. Do not include passwords.

Complete verification
We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and protect your data from unauthorised deletion.

Create deletion emailReceive confirmation
After verification, we will process the request within the period required by applicable law and confirm the outcome.
Deleting app data may be irreversible. Removing the app from your phone does not automatically delete information held in your account or records.
