By accessing the MindMate website, downloading the app, creating an account, requesting an appointment, or using related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

MindMate provides information about Dr Mohd Fahad Khan, patient-support features, appointment-related tools, and access to psychiatric and mental wellness services. Available features may change and may differ by device, location, or app version.

Website and app content is general information and does not by itself create a doctor-patient relationship or replace an assessment by a qualified professional. A relationship may arise only through an accepted consultation under applicable professional standards. MindMate is not an emergency or crisis service. If there is an immediate risk of harm, severe symptoms, or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital without delay.

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation and availability. Times may need to be changed due to clinical or operational circumstances. Users should provide accurate contact information and promptly notify the clinic if they cannot attend. Consultation method, duration, suitability, fees, and follow-up needs may be communicated separately.

Any diagnosis, prescription, medicine change, investigation, or treatment recommendation is based on professional assessment. Do not start, stop, or change medication solely because of general app or website content. Follow the instructions provided for your own care and seek clarification if you are unsure.

You must provide truthful and relevant information, keep account or device access secure, use the service lawfully, and treat staff and other users respectfully. You must not impersonate another person, submit harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, reverse engineer protected parts, or use the service for fraud or abuse.

Where a consultation or paid app feature is offered, the applicable fee and payment method should be shown or communicated before purchase. Fees for completed professional services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. Google Play transactions, if any, are also subject to Google Play billing and refund rules.

The MindMate name, logo, app, software, page design, graphics, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By providing contact details, you permit service-related communications such as appointment confirmations, care coordination, security notices, and important updates. Promotional communications, if offered, may be subject to separate consent and opt-out choices.

We aim to keep MindMate reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available access. Maintenance, network failures, device limitations, or events outside reasonable control may affect service. Third-party links and platforms operate under their own terms, and their availability is not controlled by MindMate.

To the extent permitted by law, the digital service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits professional duties owed during a consultation. MindMate and its operators are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse, unauthorised access, third-party systems, or reliance on general informational content.

Access may be restricted or ended for unlawful or harmful use, material breach, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version here. They are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes are subject to competent courts in Uttar Pradesh unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
